Dr Amirhosseini is the course leader of BSc and MSc Digital and Technology Solutions Apprenticeship courses. He has contributed to national and international granted research projects, and has published papers in different international refereed journals and conferences. He has also been the main organiser and chair of different special sessions in renowned international conferences, guest editor of special issues in international refereed journals, and the reviewer for different journals, conferences and grant competitions. Dr Amirhosseini is the winner of the School Staff Award for 'Innovative Teaching'.
