The Academic and General Regulations (also known as the Manual of General Regulations) provides students, staff and external bodies with the framework that enables the University of East London maintain quality and standards and to confer academic awards.
The Academic and General Regulations also serves to ensure that students registered on University of East London courses are treated equitably and fairly.
Here you can find the Academic and General Regulations applicable in the 2022-23 academic year. Some of these Regulations may also be applicable in previous years.
Here you can find the Academic and General Regulations applicable in the 2021-22 academic year. Some of these Regulations may also be applicable in previous years and also in the 2022-23 academic year.
Here you can find the Academic Regulations applicable to students who were studying throughout the transition between two academic frameworks and ceased in 2020-21.
However, they may still be applicable if you had a break in learning. If you are unsure whether these apply to you, please contact your Course Leader and they will be able to advise.
